Once the downloads are available, follow these steps:
Save the game setup and launcher from the official HarmonyMS links above.
Right-click the setup archive and choose Extract All. Don’t run the game while it is still inside the ZIP file.
Move HarmonyMSLauncher.exe into the extracted HarmonyMS folder, beside the game files.
Open the launcher and let it finish any updates before starting the game.
HELP DESK
Try these steps if the game or launcher has trouble starting.
Try opening it normally first. If patching fails because Windows denies access, right-click HarmonyMSLauncher.exe and choose Run as administrator. Only approve it when it came from the official HarmonyMS download.
First confirm the game is fully extracted and launch it from its folder. If an older v83 client still won’t start, right-click the game executable, choose Properties → Compatibility, and try the Windows 7 compatibility setting. Undo the setting if it makes things worse.
Make sure you downloaded and extracted the complete game setup, not just the launcher. Re-extract or download the official package again. Don’t download individual DLLs from random websites. If Windows Security quarantined a file, check its detection and restore it only if you trust the official package.
Check that the launcher is inside the extracted HarmonyMS game folder and that the folder is not read-only or inside a protected Windows location. Try a folder such as Documents\HarmonyMS, then reopen the launcher. If the problem continues, download a fresh official setup.
Make sure HarmonyMS is online, then restart the client and try again. If it continues, note the exact error and when it happens, and send those details through the official support link once one is available.
